1. Introduction
Welcome to Select Trades. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Select Trades (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the tradespeople (“you”, “your”) who register to use our platform for advertising their services to potential customers.
2. Promotional Offer
We offer new tradespeople a promotional period of 3 months for the price of 2 at the pioneer rate. This offer is subject to these terms and conditions and is available only upon initial registration.
3. Payment and Renewal
- 3.1. Payment for the promotional offer must be made upfront and covers the first 3 months of service.
- 3.2. Upon expiration of the initial 3-month period, to continue using our services, you are required to pay for the next 3 months upfront at the standard pioneer rate.
- 3.3. Advertising renewals shall take place automatically every 3 months.
- 3.4. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these terms.
4. Cancellation Policy
- 4.1. You may cancel your subscription within 5 working days of signing up.
- 4.2. To cancel your subscription, you must notify us in writing at least 20 days before the next payment renewal date
5. Service Level Agreement
- 5.1. We shall distribute a minimum of 5000 A5 booklets across the defined area every month.
- 5.2. You are entitled to 1 customised social media post every 3 months showcasing your business and recent completed works.
- 5.3. We commit to providing a reliable platform and will make every reasonable effort to ensure our website is available 24/7, except for scheduled maintenance.
- 5.4. Leads are not guaranteed, but if available they shall be shared with pioneers for free via their chosen email address within 24h of receipt of the lead.
- 5.5. You can contact us for support via telephone or email and we shall aim to respond within 24h.
6. Data Protection
We will process any personal data provided by you in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
Our liability to you in connection with these terms and conditions shall be limited to the amount you have paid to us during the your time advertising with us.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes.

By registering for our service and accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them.
